More life in the same footprint.
This 1960 post-and-beam house had the bones of a thoughtful home, but years of wear and a divided floor plan obscured its potential. The project focused on making the existing 864 square feet work better.
Removing a central wall and adding a generous front deck opened up the plan and extended daily living outdoors. The renovation preserves the home’s original spirit while making it more useful, comfortable, and connected.
